IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS BLENDED LEARNING DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN PASCA PANDEMI DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI I SRAGEN, JAWA TENGAH

Abstract


This study aims to provide an overview, analyze and interpret the implementation of learning management based on blended learning to improve the quality of learning at MAN 1 Sragen post-pandemic by using a qualitative-case study paradigm as a research approach.

Data collection in the field was carried out through interviews, observations and documents owned by the school to be further analyzed descriptively through the process of data condensation, data exposure and conclusions.

Through this research it was found that the implementation of learning management based on blended learning at MAN 1 Sragen went through four main processes namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. At the planning level, the school prepares curriculum guidelines that accommodate blended learning. In the organizing process, the school organizes human resources along with the main tasks and functions that must be carried out according to the indicators of success to be achieved. In the learning evaluation process, the school conducted a quantitative and qualitative review. The quality of learning based on blended learning implemented at MAN 1 Sragen is carried out by taking into account three quality processes, namely input, output and outcome. In addition, blended learning-based learning at MAN 1 Sragen also refers to several principles that support success, namely conformity with the needs of the community, interest from the school component in the integration of technology in learning, application of effectiveness and efficiency and implementation of productive learning that is able to produce effective learning quality.
